Credit check authorization
Read the credit check authorization.
Enter your date of birth.
Enter your social insurance number.
Sign to confirm that you have read and understood the terms of the credit check.
If you do not provide your social insurance number, obtaining your credit report may be delayed or more difficult, because this number helps verify your identity. If no report is found, you may need to provide additional information or pay additional fees for your application to be processed.
Note: if the organization requires the social insurance number (SIN), the field is mandatory. Otherwise, a checkbox lets you skip it. If you are not comfortable sharing your number, contact the organization directly.
The check performed is a soft check. It does not affect your credit score.
Payment (if applicable)
Some applications require a processing fee. This step only appears if the manager has enabled it.
Check the amount shown.
Enter your payment information.
Confirm the agreement on the application fees.
Confirm the payment.
